1-Year Limited Warranty

Tidy Tools, a brand of AMR Market, Inc., offers a one-year limited warranty on eligible Tidy Tools dust mop products purchased through authorized channels, including our website at shoptidytools.com and our authorized Amazon storefront.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in handles and metal frames on dust mop products under normal commercial use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a covered product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace the affected product or issue store credit.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If a manufacturing defect is identified within the one-year warranty period, submit a warranty claim by registering your product at shoptidytools.com/pages/warranty-activation and contacting us at info@shoptidytools.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect. We will process your claim within five (5) business days.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty applies only to handles and metal frames on eligible dust mop products. It does not cover:

  • Mop heads, refill pads, brooms, or other consumable items, which are designed to wear with use
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning or storage, or product modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. It does not extend to commercial resale or third-party distribution. AMR Market, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure.
