Shipping

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

We ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard retail orders are fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Tracking is sent by email when your order ships.

Wholesale and bulk orders ship directly from our warehouse in Paramount, California. Lead times and carrier options vary by order size — contact us at info@shoptidytools.com for wholesale shipping details.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the ship date on eligible items.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Personalized, custom, and clearance items are not eligible for return
  • Wholesale orders are subject to separate return terms — contact us at info@shoptidytools.com

How it works:

To start a return, email us at info@shoptidytools.com with your order number. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. A flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong item, see Damaged or Defective Items below.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We are not currently able to process direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the original and place a new order.

Large orders or frequent returns may incur restocking fees at our discretion.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong item, we offer a free replacement. Email info@shoptidytools.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, improper cleaning or storage, or product modifications is not covered. For warranty claims on handles and metal frames identified after 7 days, see our Warranty page.
