Tidy Tools is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date* - with original packaging. 

1. Email info@shoptidytools.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. 

2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.

3. Bundled/Sale items are not eligible for returns. 

What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind our mops and brooms. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply e-mail us and we will make it right.
